Published in American Theatre on April 25, 2023, this was an opportunity to write a more personal "In Memoriam" on my mentor and friend Keith Johnstone. I have read and collected American Theatre magazines since 2006, the year I took my first impro workshop with Keith in San Francisco and my second year in graduate school for theatre, so getting to honor Keith in this publication is really special.
